After uploading a video, some users have gotten a message like this that can sometimes stay that way for an extended period of time: 


Most of these videos will resolve themselves with time, but some users have stated their videos do not. 

We recommend trying the following steps:

  • Check your Firewall or Antivirus to see if it's blocking the upload.
  • Run the Plays.tv client as Administrator when trying to upload.
  • Log out of the client, and back in.

You may want to include information like:

  • Does it happen on all videos, or certain ones?
  • Was the video recorded in Plays.tv, or another program?
  • Are all videos from a particular game affected, or does the game not matter?
  • Who your Internet Service Provider is
