Settings button not working

So i changed my session recording to a new HDD. The session recording stopped working. I go back to click on the settings button and nothing happens. This problem has been going on for a few days and i cant record my clutch plays. I updated to the lastest version and did everything i could think of and i still have the problem. Please help!

@FuzzyLobster - We'll start with the simple steps. Have you tried reinstalling the client, and/or elevating it as Administrator?
