Not connected to the internet

Whenever I open the Plays.tv client, and try to click Log In, or Register, an error messages pops up that says I'm not connected to the internet. I've uninstalled all anti-malware and antivirus programs, turned my router off and back on again, disabled my windows firewall, reinstalled Plays.tv, and even run it as an administrator. I need help please! Im desperate!
