Support tickets not "sending" through


I had submitted a support ticket about a week ago, I haven't had any reply back so jumped on to see the status, only to find I have no tickets open. I, then, go to make another ticket to put in, thinking that maybe it was a user error on my end, which I found out was not the case, since my second ticket isn't showing up in the tickets section.

Any help would be great, please and thank you. A moderator/support would be even better if you could get in contact with me so I can get help figuring out my original issue ;P Thank you.

Just happened to me, submitted a ticket because my videos were all uploading in 720p and 30fps, ticket also cease to exist. Looks like playstv is having some internal problems right now platform seems really dead.
