Start a new topic closes out completely when I open up a recording.

I made a ticket a few days ago. Figured someone else might have the same problem or know the solution so i'll just post here.

The client closes out completely when I open up a recorded video. I can't upload it, I can't edit or anything. I click it, stays on the screen for a second or two then it closes and I have to start up again. 

Any solutions possibly?

The only cause we know of regarding this is lower Intel chipsets on Windows 10. It's explained here: LINK

However, as mentioned in the article, we don't have a current solution to get around this. If you feel like you don't meet that criteria or someone else finds a solution, we're eager to listen and help.
