Plays tv fault or my fault?

So im working on a video for youtube. And recording quality is fine, now i want to edit my video! well... in sony vegas and in a media player when i view the video it looks a bit pixelated and blurry. I can't tell if it's on my end but my monitor specs are 1600x900

Recording quality:

1280x720

60fps

50/mbs

I render the video in sony vegas at 1080p 60fps and this is the quality https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adQnyc3vmWA&feature=youtu.be

Any other questions you guys would like to know, just ask. I really need some decent footage! without it i lose motivation thanks

BTW I POSTED AN ATTACHMENT OF WHAT IM AIMING FORĀ

It could be based on the the recording quality of 720 and then rendering at 1080. Because of the increase in resolution it may have some pixelation and blurriness. Does the quality remain inaccurate if you render in 720?
