Any time I try to record with my webcam enabled, my client says "record error 30013, please contact customer support." WhenI turn webcam recording off, it records beautifully. I'm just curious on how to get things working so I can do what I want to do with my videos. Any help would be appreciated!
Error 30013 usually means there was an error trying to connect to the webcam; possibly because it was in use by another program. Have you tried updating the drivers for the webcam and ensuring that no other program is utilizing it?
