When you swap between Fullscreen and Windowed, are you restarting the game?

i've tried 64 and 32 bit both don't work
other games work 100% fine
and i have trouble both in fullscreen and windowed, but i play primarily borderless window

To send logs you just right-click on the Plays.tv taskbar icon, select Help > Feedback, fill out the info and make sure the checkbox is selected. Post back here to let me know you have sent it.
Can you try updating to the 1.14.1 client that released today and see if the scanning goes away?
