Sometimes when I start up a game session, I notice that my bookmark hotkeys don't work. When I go after the session to check my video, I discover that it has silently crashed. The icon is in the tray, but clicking and right clicking doesn't do anything. I kill the process using task manager and restart, and discover that I'm missing a bunch of footage. Why does it do this? And how can I fix it?
I'd try elevating the client as Administrator, but you can also try reinstalling the client.
Additionally, if it continues to happen, recreate the problem and then send in a ticket with logs attached.
To send logs you just right-click on the Plays.tv taskbar icon, select Help > Feedback, fill out the info and make sure the checkbox is selected. Post back here to let me know you have sent it.
Hmm, I don't seem to see that it went through. I'll convert this post into a ticket and then give instructions on manually sending logs.
