After the last update, the program is not recording.Could you help?
Does it say it's not able to record, or does it just not create recorded videos?
Either way, recreating the problem and sending in a ticket with client logs attached is the best method for us to figure out an issue like this.
To send logs you just right-click on the Plays.tv taskbar icon, select Help > Feedback, fill out the info and make sure the checkbox is selected. Post back here to let me know you have sent it.
