There is a known issue happening to some where you are able to open the client and record gameplay, but when you try to watch a video in the client, it immediately closes with no error.
We have found that almost all users with this problem are using:
2nd-Generation Intel Core i3, i5, and i7 series of Intel CPU chipsets (launched around 2011)
We are pretty sure that this is caused by the lack of newer published Windows 10 drivers for these older processors, and when used in conjunction with Windows 10, this crash occurs. Unfortunately, if you have these symptoms and meet the criteria above, we don't have a fix or work-around for this.
