For our NVIDIA users, having NVIDIA Share on at the same time as Plays.tv can cause recording issues. It is recommended to have this feature turned off while using Plays.tv.
1. Open the GeForce Experience application and select the cog icon
2. Under the 'General' tab, swipe "In-game Overlay' to off as shown
Once this application has been turned off, restart the Plays.tv client and try recording again. If you continue to experience recording issues, you may submit a ticket. How to send Client Logs
