After uploading a video, some users have gotten a message like this that can sometimes stay that way for an extended period of time:
We recommend trying the following steps:
- Check your Firewall or Antivirus to see if it's blocking the upload.
- Run the Plays.tv client as Administrator when trying to upload.
- Log out of the client, and back in.
If none of the following steps help, we recommend recreating the problem and then sending us your client logs: How to Send Client Logs
You may want to include information like:
- Does it happen on all videos, or certain ones?
- Was the video recorded in Plays.tv, or another program?
- Are all videos from a particular game affected, or does the game not matter?
- Who your Internet Service Provider is
